摘要
通过土培试验,研究了施硅对铬胁迫下小白菜(Brassica parichinensis)产量、叶绿素含量以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的影响。结果表明:当土壤中未加铬(Cr6+)时,随着硅浓度的增加,小白菜产量逐渐增加,叶绿素含量减少;在不同铬(Cr6+)处理的土壤中,施加0·5g·kg-1Na2SiO3可显著增加小白菜产量(P<0·05);1·0g·kg-1的硅可显著降低铬对小白菜叶片CAT和POD的活性,抑制铬对小白菜的毒害作用;硅浓度继续增加,其抑制效果开始降低。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of applying silicon (Si) on the yield, chlorophyll content, and CAT and POD activities of Brassica parichinensis under chromium stress. The results showed that in the control (no Cr^6+ stress), B. parichinensis yield increased with increasing Si application rate, while chlorophyll content was in adverse. When the soil was treated with different concentrations of Cr^6+ , 0. 5 g·kg^-1 of Si (NaSiO3 · 9H2O) increased the yield significantly, and 1.0 g·kg^-1 of Si could alleviate the toxicity of chromium on CAT and POD activities. A further increase of Si application rate had less effect on this alleviation.
