摘要
随着市场经济的蓬勃发展,企业间的竞争形式也走向了多样化。近些年来,供应链思想作为一种全新的管理模式与管理思想也逐步得到了管理界的认可。在这种形势下,如何协调供应链中的合作关系,构建供应链的合作关系机制,成为供应链研究的重要命题。论述要通过建立供应链合作机制,在供应链内部实现信息共享、利润分配、风险共担,最终通过整个供应链的竞争力的提升而达到供应链上的企业共赢的局面。
With the vigorous development of the market economy, the patterns of the competition among the enterprises become diverse. In recent years, the thought of supply chain, as a brand new management pattern and thought, has gradually obtained the recognition of the management circle. In such situation, it is an important issue in the study of supply chain on how to collaborate the cooperative relationship among the partners and how to construct the cooperating mechanism. This paper explores how to construct the cooperative mechanism among the business in the supply chain, and then realizes information sharing, benefit allocation, and risk undertaking. Consequently, through the promotion of the competitive ability of the entire supply chain, the enterprises on the supply chain can achieve altogether wins.
