摘要
利用UG软件中的二次开发工具UG/OPEN GRIP语言进行编程,文章讨论了UG/OPEN GRIP这一编程语言的特点及其语法规则;介绍了潜油行星减速器在潜油螺杆泵系统中的作用和行星齿轮传动结构的优点;并通过创建渐开线上的点、创建样条曲线、创建齿形三个步骤进一步研究了潜油行星减速器中齿轮形成的数字化过程,从而成功的实现了潜油行星减速器的参数化自动建模,对提高减速器的设计效率和精度、减速器的运动仿真和运动分析、进行有限元分析和优化设计都有极其重要的指导意义和实用价值。
By using UG/OPEN GRIP, a program about modeling of planetary gear drive is developed. In this paper, characters and rules of UG/Open girp are discussed; function of planetary gear drive and virtues of planetary structural drive are introduced; digital process of gear is studied by building point of linear cylinder, splines and shape of gear. Parametric automatism modeling of planetary gear drive is achieved; design efficiency and precision of products are enhanced and this will be signification and value greatly for analysis of motion and structure and ootimize design for olanetarv gear drive.
