摘要
从商业银行所关注的大客户关系管理入手,分析了现代商业银行大客户关系营销战略的内涵,并提出几点建议。
Proceeding with the relationship marketing Management about the key customer of commercial bank,the author analysed the intension of strategy of the key account relationship marketing in modem commercial bank. Some thinking and suggestion have been put forward .
