摘要
详细分析了影响燃料在分解炉内燃尽的因素和分解炉CO2浓度对生料分解率的影响,针对烧无烟煤的分解炉的设计、改造和操作提出了针对性建议。如:在分解炉的设计和改造中宜选离线和半离线分解炉;适当增加分解炉高度;适当提高分解炉操作温度以及降低无烟煤粒度和水分等。
The paper analysed in detail the factors affect the fuel burning in calciner and the effect of CO2 concentration on meal calcining rate, and brought forward suggestion for design, alteration and operation. For example, we should choose off-line or semi-of-fline calciner in design and alteration process, the height of calciner should be increased properly, we should heighten the operation temperature and decrease grain size and water content of the anthracite properly.
