摘要
随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,膳食结构发生了变化,但营养教育尚未普及,大部分人缺乏营养知识,不能合理安排饮食。由于国民缺乏必要的营养教育,使人们科学的饮食观念和科学的饮食意识极其淡漠,从而使营养过剩和营养失衡所导致的疾病日益增多。
With economic growth and the living standard improvement,the diet structure has changed,but nutrition has not popularized get,the majority of people is short of nutrition knowledge, they can not arrange food and drink rationally.Since the citizen is short of necessary nutrition education, wick make people lack of scientific diet concept and consciousness.Thus the disease led to by nutrition redundancy and nutrition unbalance increase gradually.
