摘要
对在煤渣跑道上从事短跑训练的运动员,运用现代短跑技术理论加以指导练习,并对实验对象实验前后的运动成绩及转入塑胶跑道训练后专项技能的迁移情况进行比较分析。
This article discusses training the athletes who are practicing on the cinder track with modern sprint techniques.The article also gives a comparative analysis of their performance before and after the experiment as well as the effect of transference for plastic cement race track.
