介绍了加强图书馆员素质建设的意义,分析了高校图书馆员的素质现状,提出了加强高校图书馆员素质建设的措施。
This paper introduces the significance of strengthening the quality of the librarians, analyzes on the present situation of librarians＇ quality, and advances some measures for strengthening the quality construction of university librarians.
