摘要
分析了氯碱企业发生氯气中毒事故的原因,并针对氯气外泄后影响扩散的因素和扩散后果进行了分析,提出了氯气中毒事故的预防措施。
Causes for chlorine poisoning accidents in chlor - alkali enterprises are analyzed. Factors influencing chlorine gas diffusion after its leakage and the consequences arising from diffusion are analyzed. Measures to prevent chlorine gas poisoning accidents are put forward.
