摘要
诚信危机已经成为电子商务发展的障碍因素,解决诚信危机要从建立电子商务的信用体系入手。信用体系的建设是一项极其庞大而复杂的系统工程,必须由政府、企业、消费者以及传媒等多方通力合作,以道德为支撑,以法律为保障,采用科学的组织管理体系和先进的技术手段来实现。
Honesty crisis has become one of the obstacles in the E--commerce development. To solve this problem, it is necessary to establish an E--commerce credit system, which is a huge and complicated systematic project, and can only be realized through the cooperation of government, enterprises, consumers and mass media, etc., with the support of morality, the protection of the law, and the application of scientific management system and advanced technology.
