充分利用可再生能源对我国实施可持续发展战略具有重要意义。回顾了我国可再生能源政策的发展历程,深入分析了我国发展可再生能源的障碍,最后从支持开发可再生能源市场,尤其是消费市场的视角来探讨我国可供选择的可再生能源政策。
To make rull use of renewable energy resources is of great significance for China＇ s implementation of sustainable development strategy. This paper reviews the development of China＇s renewable energy policies. On this basis, in depth analysis of the obstacles to the development of renewable energy resources, support the development of renewable energy from the final market. In particular, China＇s consumer market perspective to explore alternative renewable energy policy.
