摘要 目的研究超高倍显微分析仪在诊断泌尿生殖系感染中的应用价值。方法用清华同方多媒体超高倍显微分析仪检测3 544例门诊妇科和泌尿科患者阴道或尿道分泌物,并对部分标本与PCR法和培养法作对照分析。结果一种病原体感染者占54.56%,两种至四种病原体混合感染者占41.49%。超高倍显微分析仪病原体检出率占96.05%。超高倍显微分析仪对沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体的检出率与培养法和PCR法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论超高倍显微分析仪可同时动态观察多种病原体,对于多重混合感染患者可避免漏检。方法简便、快速、准确、直观,为泌尿生殖系感染的诊断、指导用药和疗效观察提供了可靠依据。 Objective To study the clinical value of the multi-media TH-microscope produced by Tsinghua university in the urinary and reproduction system infection(URSI). Methods The urethra or vagina secretion was observed for pathogens in 3 544 cases of the patients with URSI under the multi-media TH-microscope produced by Tongfang company of Tsinghua university. Results Infection pathogen of a kind 54. 56 per cent of the patients with URSI,pathogen of two to four kinds 41.49 per cent of the patients . Its positive rate was higher than that with the ordinary microscope (P〈0.01). Conclusion Varied pathogens can be detected both immediately and accurately under the multi-media TH-microscope at the same time. The method is simpler without colouring , It is a new detecting method for URSI pathogens and is worth of popularizing.
