摘要
在构建和谐社会的理论指导下,以独立学院学校文化建设为切入点,探讨独立学院建设与发展问题。在介绍学校文化与学校文化建设含义的基础上,分析了独立学院在文化建设中面临的机遇与挑战,并从表层的实体文化、中层的制度和课程文化、深层的观念文化三个方面对独立学院如何加强学校文化建设进行了探索研究,目的在于引起全社会特别是教育界对独立学院建设与发展的关注,以推动我国高等教育大众化进程。
Guided by the theory of constructing a harmonious society, the paper discusses the issue of the takes the construction and the development of independent colleges, with the focus placed on their cultural reconstruction. Firstly, it introduces the concepts of ＂college culture＂ and ＂college culture construction＂ ; then it analyzes the opportunities and the challenges the inde- pendent colleges face in their cultural construction; and at last, it discusses college culture at different levels. It is hoped that this can arouse interest of the entire society, specially the educational circles, in the construction and development of independent colleges and promote the popularity of higher education in our country.
