摘要
通过单因素分析和正交试验,确定了荧光腈纶纱线的最佳染色工艺条件为:染色温度85℃,染色时间75 min,染浴pH值3.5;同时用最佳工艺对其上染性能和染色牢度进行测试分析。结果表明:经最佳工艺染色的荧光腈纶纱线,荧光效果好,色彩鲜艳,色牢度好。
The optimum dyeing process of fluorescent acrylic fiber is obtained by the factor analysis and orthogonal experiments at 85℃ for 75min with pH value 3.5. In addition, dyeing performance and color fastness is studied. Fine fluorescent effects, bright color and good color fastness of fluorescent acrylic fiber is achieved by optimum dyeing process.
