摘要
采用恒电位脉冲技术对转子钢的敏化进行检测,并与传统的动电位阳极极化法进行了比较。检测结果显示使用恒电位脉冲法实验后的电极未发现明显的孔蚀现象,从而保证了检测方法的准确性;而且恒电位脉冲法具有测定速度快、对试样损伤小,测定结果更准确等特点。
Using potentiostatic pulse technique (PPT), the sensitization of steam turbine rotor stainless steel was detected in this paper. The detecting result was compared with electrochemical anode polarization technique (EAP). Due to many rotor stainless steels are highly sensitized, pitting happened when adopting EAP experiment, unavoidably that the outcome is inaccurate. But using PPT, we can get a perfect result.
