脑卒中后抑郁症患者血浆和脑脊液中5-羟色胺浓度变化及事件相关电位N400的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)患者血浆和脑脊液(CSF)中5-羟色胺(HT)的浓度变化,以及事件相关电位N400在PSD中的改变及临床意义。方法:随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(33例);采用高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定5-HT浓度,ME B-9104K诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位N400。结果:观察组在发病后第1 d CSF和血浆中5-HT浓度降低的例数与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.01),发病后第1、15和30 d CSF和血液中5-HT浓度与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.05);事件相关电位N400的潜伏期在发病后第1、15 d与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均波幅在发病后第1、15和30 d也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PSD患者血浆和CSF中5-HT浓度均显著降低,事件相关电位N400表现为潜伏期延长,平均波幅降低。 Objective: To discuss the variation of 5-hydroxytryptamine(HT)levels of plasma and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF)in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD), and to explore the change of event related potential N400 in PSD. Methods: The patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(33 cases). The 5-HT levels of plasma were detected by high performance liquid chromatography, and the event related potential N400 was detected by ME-9104k evoked potential detector. Results: The 5-HT level in the observation group significantly decreased than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05). The latent period of event related potential N400 in the observation group was longer than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05). The average wave of event related potential N400 in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The 5-HT level of plasma and CSF in patients with PSD decreases obviously. The shortened latent period and risen wave are shown in event related potential N400.
