摘要
“三农”问题是由农业问题、农村问题和农民问题及其相互作用形成的全局性的系统问题,甚至连农业问题、农村问题和农民问题,分别都是由系列问题组成的问题组。“三农”问题是一个多侧面、多层次、需要系统解决的问题。
＂Three dimensional rural issues ＂ is an overall and systematic problem formed by the issue of agriculture, the issue of countryside and the issue of farmers and their interactions. Even these three dimensions of the problem are all problem groups respectively composed of a series of issues. ＂Three dimensional rural issues ＂ is a multi-profile and multi-level problem demanding systematic solutions.
