摘要
加强护生人文素质的培养,高等护理教育改革者们已达成共识。从实行人文课程的必要性、原则和方法等方面阐述如何有效加强护生人文素质,达到21世纪高等护理教育的人才培养目标。
The reformers of higher nursing education have reached an agreement of strengthenly the cultivation of humanity quality for nursing students. This article investigates how to effectively enhance the nursing students＇ humanity quality by analysing the necessity, principles and methods of carring out the humanistic course.
