摘要
在总结发达国家学校心理咨询专业培训成功经验的基础上,着重探讨了我国学校心理咨询专业培训的发展思路。主要包括:按照博士、硕士、学士三个层次培养学校心理咨询方向的专兼职人才;在试点基础上选择确定适合于学校心理咨询领域的资格认证方式;通过多种途径帮助学校心理咨询人员克服职业倦怠。
The article attempts to explore the training of on-campus mental counseling professionals in China by surveying the successful experience on this front in developed countries. It suggests the approaches toward training the professionals ranging from doctorate degree to master and bachelor degree, accrediting campus-specific qualifications, and assisting the counselors in overcoming professional burnout.
