摘要
目的了解初中学生抑郁情绪的分布特征及其相关因素,以采取有效措施提高青少年的心理健康水平。方法应用流调中心用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)及相应的评价标准,对合肥市2所中学4524名七年级和八年级学生进行抑郁情绪评定,描述抑郁情绪的性别、年龄和年级分布特征,分析影响抑郁情绪的相关因素。结果八年级学生抑郁评分高于七年级,肯定抑郁和可能抑郁的检出率(21.8%,10.6%)均高于七年级(14.0%,6.7%);高年龄组抑郁评分高于低年龄组,肯定抑郁的检出率也高于低年龄组。女生、家庭经济状况和学习成绩自我评价下等者、体重自我评价超重者更倾向于报告有抑郁情绪;年龄较小、七年级和学习成绩自我评价上等者抑郁发生的危险性较低。结论初中生抑郁情绪与性别、年级、年龄、家庭经济状况、学习成绩和体重自我评价存在相关。
Objective To describe the incidence and the influencing factors of depression among junior high school students, and to take effective to promote adolescents' mental health. Methods A questionnaire was administered to 4 524 participants in two junior high schools in Hefei. Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale ( CES- D) was employed in this survey. Results Among the students having been surveyed, depression score of grade 8 was higheT than that of grade 7. And the incidence rate of ceitainly depression and possibly depression in grade 8 students (21.8 % and 10.6% ) were higheT than those in grade 7 ( 14.0% and 6.7% ). Depression score of higher age group was higher than that of lower age group. And the incidence rate of certainly depression and possibly depression in higher age group was higher than those in lower age group. The results showed that female, lower family income, poorer performance record or overweight assessed by oneself were more likely to have depression. Moreover, lower age, lower grade, and better performance record were the protection factors to depression. Conclusions Depression has an obviously correlation with sex, grade, age, family income, performance record and weight status assessed by self reporting respectively among junior high school students.
