摘要
本文介绍了罗克韦尔1336 P1usII变频器在选矿厂多种过程控制系统改造中的应用。设计中采用了“变磐器+电銎机+泵”的技术方案取代传统的“电动机+泵+调节阀”方案来实现有关工艺量的调节。该改造方案的成功实施,不仅发挥了显著的节能降耗作用,而且使生产过程的控制更加稳定,维护更加简便,控制精度更高。
This paper introduces the application of Rockwell 1336 plus II frequency converter to the multi- process control systems renovation in a mineral concentration plant. In order to realize the adjustment of the technological parameters, the scheme of“frequency converter + motor + pump”is used to replace the traditional one of “motor + pump + regulating valve” in design. The successful implementation of the innovation scheme not only plays the role of energy saver and consumption reducer, but also makes the productive process as more stable, maintenance more simple and control more precise.
