摘要
目的对比 CADIAX 电子髁突位置测量仪(Electronic Mandibular Position Indicator,EMPD 与 Reference SL 型(牙合)架髁突位置测量仪(Condylar Position Measurement,CPM)在髁突位置测量之间的差异,对颜面不对称患者的髁突位置进行初步研究。方法 26名研究对象(10例颜面不对称患者,16例颜面对称个体),平均年龄19岁,分别接受了髁突位置的电子测量和(牙合)架式的髁突位置测量。将两种方法进行了配对 t 检验,同时将颜面不对称患者和对称组进行了独立样本 t 检验,分析两组之间的髁突位置差异。结果 CADIAX 电子髁突位置测量与(牙合)架式髁突位置测量仪测量的髁突位置没有显著性差异(P>0.05),颜面不对称患者双侧的髁突位置没有显著性区别(P>0.05),与对照组比较,髁突位置也没有显著性区别(P>0.05)。结论 CADIAX 与常规面弓转移后用(牙合)架式髁突位置测量仪都可以用来测量髁突位置,两者没有显著性差异。颜面不对称患者的双侧髁突位置没有显著性差异。
Objective To compare CADIAX EMPI and Reference SL Articulator in condylar position measurement and to analyze condylar positions in patients with faial asymmetry. Methods Twenty-six patients (10 facial asymmetric patients, 16 normal subjects as the control) had accepted the CADIAX condylar measurement. Paired t test was used to compare the two methods. And independent t test was used to compare the condylar position between facial with faial asymmetry and the normal controls. Results There was no significant difference between the CADIAX Electronic Mandibular Position Indicator and the Reference SL Articulator Condylar Position Measurement (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The CADIAX Electronic Mandibular Position Indicator and the Reference SL Articulator Condylar Position Measurement could all he used to measure condylar positions. There was no significant difference in condylar position between the shifted side and the contralaterol side patients with facial asymmetry.
