摘要
采用统计方法对转向架系统故障数据进行了分析,获得了转向架系统故障变化规律,并运用指数函数对故障上升段的数据进行了曲线拟合,最后以获得的平均故障率为依据,按相对失效率比和重要度的分配方法,进行了客车转向架系统可靠性分配实例设计。
Analysis is made on the trouble data in the bogie system with the statistic method. The changing law of troubles in the bogie system is obtained. The curve fitting is made for data in the trouble rising stage with the application of the exponential function. In the end, the practical design of the reliability distribution in the passenger car bogie system is made on the basis of the average trouble rate obtained, according to the relative failure rate ratio and the distribution method of the importance degree.
