摘要
介绍了垂直钻进系统的工作原理及组成,纠斜机构是由均布在同一圆周上的3个导向块组成,导向块是自动垂钻系统中最主要的执行机构,承受较大的压力。为保证系统设计的可靠性,利用先进的有限元分析方法模拟导向块在工作状态下的受力情况,通过创建有限元模型,施加载荷并求解,分析查看结果等步骤对零件进行仿真分析,较真实地反映出零件在受力状态的应力和应变情况,预测零件的结构强度并分析其设计合理性,使对零部件关键参数的设计更合理,有效解决设计中的可靠性分析和结构优化问题。
Operational principle and composition of the vertical drilling system are detailed, such as deviation corrector that is composed by 3 directional pieces. Finite element model was established to obtain the reliability on system design; simulation analysis was made on work pieces to forecast the structural strength.
