摘要
改革开放以来,民营经济的长足发展表明,民营资本是新农村建设的一支重要力量。本文分析民营资本参与新农村建设现状,剖析其主要问题的原因,探讨提高民营资本参与新农村建设投资效率的对策。
Constructing the socialist new countryside is an importantly historical task to address the problems facing China＇s agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the advancement of modernization of our country. Since its reform and opening up, private economies have a great development, which indicated that private capital have become a significant force in the construction of the new countryside. In the paper, we can know about the current situation of private capital participating in the construction of the new countryside, the main problems and the causes exiting in them, and the effective measures for heightening the effects of private capital participating in the construction of the new countryside.
