摘要
目的:观察参附注射液在肺癌患者贫血治疗中的效果。方法:出现贫血的肺癌住院患者43例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例、21例,治疗组给予参附注射液60ml静滴,每日1次,连用14天。每周检查血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞数(RBC)、白细胞数(WBC)和血小板数(PLT),并评价Karnofsky评分(KPS)。结果:治疗组在治疗后第15天HB、HCT、RBC与治疗前及对照组相比无明显升高,但该组KPS有较明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后第29天HB、HCT、RBC、KPS均有较明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液对放化疗引起的肺癌患者贫血有改善作用。
Objective： To study the effects of Shenfu injection to anemia in lung cancer patients. Methods： Forty -three lung cancer patients with anemia were divided into control group and therapy group at random, the therapy group received 14 day intravenous therapy with Shenfu injection. Hemoglobin（ HB ）, hematocrit（HCT） , red cell count （RBC） ,white cell count（WBC） ,platelet count（PLT） , and Karnofsky scale（KPS） were examined before and after the therapy every week. Results： On the 15th day after therapy,only KPS in therapy group was significantly improved compared with that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But on the 29 th day , HB, HCT, WBC, KPS in therapy group were significantly improved compared with that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection can improve anemia in lung cancer patients
