摘要
目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤效果。方法:经B超检查确诊为子宫肌瘤患者36例,选择性子宫动脉插管,灌注平阳霉素碘化油混合乳剂,并用新鲜明胶海绵颗粒栓塞子宫动脉介入治疗。结果:介入治疗术后3月,除1例经手术切除后证实为子宫肉瘤患者无效外,35例介入治疗有效。结论:双侧子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是保全子宫治疗的可靠选择。
Objective： To investigate the effect of bilateral uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine myoma. Methods： Uterine artery embolization therapy was used in 36 patients with uaterine myoma. Results： Three months after the treatment, 35 cases were cured except 1 case who was later confirmed to be uterine sarcoma. Condusion： Uterine artery embolization is a feasible option in the treatment of uterine myoma if the uterus is to be saved.
