摘要
目的 探讨用全自动DNA倍体分析系统进行宫颈癌普查的应用价值。方法 对4411名宫颈癌普查的妇女用宫颈刷取材,进行液基薄层制片,分别进行巴氏染色和DNA染色。巴氏染色行常规细胞学检查,用全自动DNA倍体分析系统对DNA染色片进行自动扫描诊断。结果 参加普查妇女中,常规细胞学检查发现异常384例(8.71%),全自动DNA倍体分析系统检查发现异常114例(2.58%)。其中有68例妇女行宫颈组织学活检,以病理诊断结果为标准,全自动DNA倍体分析系统发现3个以上〉5倍体细胞为标准筛查CINⅡ以上宫颈病变的敏感性为78.57%,而常规细胞学方法则为54.76%。结论 用全自动DNA倍体分析系统进行宫颈癌普查能明显提高阳性检出率。
Objective To explore the value of using fully automated DNA imaging cytometry in cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 4411 women were involved in this study. Cervical samples were taken by a cervix brush. Monolayer of cells were deposited onto microscope slides by liquid-based sampling preparation. Two slides were prepared from each case: one slide was stained for conventional cytology examination, while the other slide was stained by Feulgen method for determination of amount of DNA using a fully automated DNA imaging cytometry. Results 384 abnormal cases( 8.71% ) were found out by conventional cytology exmaination. 114 cases( 2.58 % ) were found out by DNA image cytometer. A total of 68 women were followed by colposcopy examination where biopsies were taken. The sensitivity of 78.57% were calculated for automated DNA imaging and sensitivity of 54.76% was for conventional cytology. Conclusion The screening for high grade cervical neoplastic lesions and cervical cancer by fully automated DNA imaging could have higher sensitivity.
