摘要
针对线材轧机导卫板使用寿命短,更换频繁,严重影响轧钢产品的产量和质量,开发了含0.1%~0.4%C、0.8%~2.5%B、0.5%~1.5%Ti、0.8%~1.2%Cr和0.5%~1.2%Mn的铸造Fe-B-Ti合金导卫板,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X衍射分析等手段,研究了Fe-B-Ti合金的凝固和热处理组织,在此基础上测试了Fe-B-Ti合金热处理后的力学性能、耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能。结果发现,铸造Fe-B-Ti合金的凝固组织由金属基体和硼化物组成,1000℃淬火后基体转变成了强韧性好的板条马氏体,硼化物成孤立状分布,具有良好的强韧性、耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能,用于制造导卫板,使用效果明显优于高镍铬合金钢和高铬铸铁导卫板,且生产成本大幅度降低。
To count the situation that the guide plate of wire rolling mill has short servicing life and a frequent replacing ,which effects seriously the output and quality of steel rolling product,a new type of cast Fe-B-Ti alloy guide plate has been developed whose main compositions are 0.1 -0.4%C,0.8-25%B, 0.5-1.5% Ti, 0.8-1.2%Cr and 0.5-1.2%Mn.The solidification and heat treatment structures of cast Fe- B-Ti alloy have been researched by means of optical microscopy (OM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Then the mechanical performance,wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of cast Fe-B-Ti alloy have been measured.The results have shown that the as-cast structures of cast Fe-B-Ti alloy consist of the metallic matrix and boride.After quenching at 1000℃, the metallic matrix transforms into the lath martensite and the boride turns into isolated distribution,with excellent strength and toughness ,wear resistance and thermal fatigue property.The servicing effect of cast Fe-B-Ti alloy guide plate is more excellent than that of high Ni-Cr alloy cast steel and high Cr cast iron guide plate and such alloy guide plate has been with low production cost.
