摘要
房地产业与城市化具有一种内在的协调发展关系,但在实践中,人们常常忽视了这种关系,从而导致问题凸现。本文首先归纳出城市化进程中的速度演变规律和空间演变规律,继而分析了房地产业与城市化的同步发展关系,最后,对未来15年中国房地产业发展的数量供应和空间布局进行了大致规划。
There is a inherent harmonious development relation between real estate industry and urbanization. But in fact, this relation is often ignored, which causes many questions. This article firstly summarizes the velocity law and the space law of during urbanization. Then it analyzes the synchronism development relation between real estate industry and urbanization. At last. it approximately plans the quantity supply and spatial layout of the Chinese real industry in future 15 years.
