摘要
髋臼骨缺损的修复重建是关节外科难以处理的问题之一,引起髋臼骨缺损的原因很多：1.关节炎如：退行性、风湿性关节炎;2.髋臼发育不良（DDH）;3.髋臼内突（OTTO病）；4．创伤；5．肿瘤；6．感染；7．代谢性骨病、骨质疏松、过度肥胖等。髋臼骨质缺损临床最常见于人工全髋关节翻修术，是治疗中的难题，
