摘要
对一种新型的基于扭曲衍射光栅的波前曲率传感器原理进行了数值模拟,应用基于Gesrchberg—Saxton(GS)算法的误差减少法对这种波前传感器进行了相位恢复数值模拟。当畸变波前幅度变大时,恢复残差变大;当迭代精度变大时,恢复残差也会变大。
This paper describes the principle of a new wavefront curvature sensor with a distorted diffraction grating (DGWFS) and makes computer simulations. The algorithm of phase retrieval by use of Error- Reduction Algorithm on the basis of Gerchberg-Saxton (GS) algorithm is applied to DGWFS. When the range of aberrated wavefront enlarges, the residual error of retrieval will increase; when the iterative precision increases, the residual error of retrieval will also increase.
