摘要
针对液压集成块装配过程仿真系统的可视化实体建模需求,开发了液压元件三维建模系统。在基于特征的三维实体参数化造型方法基础上,提出了一种面向对象的特征模型建立方法,有效地解决了特征模型中几何信息的表达和特征参数化等问题。在MDT环境下,引入了特征体素作为元件组成的基本单元,并实现了造型系统。
According to visual solid modeling requirement in hydraulic manifold block assembly process simulation system, a 3D hydraulic components modeling system was developed. Based on the feature-based 3D solid parametric modeling method, a new approach to object-oriented feature modeling was presented. The problem of representations of geometry information and feature parameterization was solved effectively. Feature element was introduced as the basic units of element. The system was founded under the environment of MDT.
