玉林市2005~2006年霍乱监测结果分析与评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的 为了解我市外环境水体中霍乱弧菌的存在和水产品的污染状况,及时发现霍乱病例,为制订防控策略提供科学依据。方法 选择玉州区和福绵区为监测区域,对2005-2006年玉林市外环境水体、水产品及腹泻病人和重点人群进行霍乱弧菌监测,监测时间为每年的5~10月份。结果 2年共采集各类标本4539份,检出霍乱弧菌15份,阳性率为0.33%,2006年检出的阳性率(0.48%)高于2005年的阳性率(0.07%),其中水体标本阳性率为0.47%,水产品标本阳性率为0.73%,水产品标本中以牛蛙为最高(10.61%),腹泻病人及重点人群粪便病原检测全部为阴性;15份阳性标本中,来源于集贸市场水产品标本10份,占66.67%;来源于水体5份,占33.33%;血清学分型中,12份为稻叶型,占阳性菌株的80.00%,2份为O139型,占阳性菌株的13.33%,1份为小川型,占阳性菌株的6.67%;除1份O139血清型含毒力基因外,其余血清型均不含毒力基因,结论 我市外环境水体及水产品存在霍乱弧菌,霍乱弧菌是外环境水体中的正常菌群,应继续加强监测,及时发现致病性病源菌,以便采取相应的防控措施。 Objective To investigate the pollution state of fishery products and the existence state of Vibrio cholera in external environmental water for discovering the case of cholera promptly and providing scientific profs for formulating prevention and control strategies of cholera. Method The Yuzhou and Fumian were selected as the districts to monitor V. cholera in external environmental water, fishery products, patients with diarrhea and high risk groups in Yulin city from May to Oct each year during 2005-2006. Results Total 4539 samples were collected variedly in two years, and V. cholera were found in 15 samples, positive rate was 0.33%. The positive rate in 2006(0. 48%) was higher than 2005 (0.07%). Moreover, the positive rates of water and fishery products samples were 0. 47 % and 0.73 % respectively, especially in bullfrog(10.61%). The dejecta etiological agent test's results of the patients with diarrhea and high risk public were negative. 10 of the 15 positive samples (66.67% of total samples) were collected from trade market fishery products; and 5 samples (33.33% of total samples) came from water. Serotypes showed that there were 12 Inaba samples (80.00% of positive strains) and 2 O13g samples (13.33%). Except 10gawa sample ( 6.67% of positive strains), the rest samples were uncontained with O139. Conclusions There were V. cholera in external environmental water and fishery products in our city. V. cholera is a kind of com- mon microbial population in external environmental water, we should enhance our monitoring to find out the pathogenicity bacterium in time to take the homologous control measure.
