Influence of Liquid to Gas Ratio on the Desulfurization Process in Limestone-gypsum Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization

摘要 石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中,液气比是影响系统脱硫性能及经济性的重要参数。利用所建立的并流有序降膜式湿法脱硫装置,进行了液气比对石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫过程影响的试验研究。结果表明:脱硫率随液气比增加而增加;当液气比小于8 L/m3时,增加液气比能更有效地提高脱硫率;液气比增加,吸收塔吸收段出入口的浆液中石灰石浓度差降低,吸收段内浆液中石灰石溶解量增加,浆液中石灰石浓度增加。 Liquid to gas ratio plays the role of an important parameter, influencing desulfurization properties and profitability of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization systems. Experimental studies of the influence, of liquid to gas ratio, on limeston-gypsum wet flue gas desulfuization processes have been carried out in an orderly dropping film absorber testing installation, built for the purpose. Test results indicate, that desulfurization rate increases with liquid to gas ratio; especially in case of a ratio below 8 L/m^3 . The difference of the slurry's limestone concentration, between in- and outlet of the absorption tower's absorption section, reduces with increasing liquid to gas ratio, while the amount of limestone dissolved within the absorption section increases, causing the slurry' s limestone concentration to increase at the same time.
