摘要
随着视频信号处理技术和宽带传输技术的快速发展,结合了电视和PC机特性的网络电视也迅速的发展起来。网络电视是一种利用宽带网络为用户提供交互式多媒体服务的业务,采用了视频编码、流媒体及缓存技术等多种关键技术。其主要特点在于交互性和实时性,通过网络电视业务,用户可以得到高质量的数字媒体服务,可以自由地选择宽带IP网的视频节目,还可以实现多种在线信息咨询、娱乐、教育及商务功能结合在一起。
With the advancement of the video signal processing and the rapid development of the bandwidth technology, the IPTV which possesses the traits of both television and computer is burgeoning. The IPTV is a kind of operation using wide band to deliver an interactive form of information to users. The most significant advantages of IPTV are interaction and real time. With the help of IPTV, users can enjoy the services of high digital quality and choose the programs at will.
