摘要
从发展角度阐述建设国家新方志资源数据库的必要性,论述新方志资源数据库的总体结构和建设模式。认为推动新方志的大众化服务,必需尽快形成资源建设的规模效应,挖掘其中的知识单元,建设专题知识库、强化公益服务同时,开拓产业化服务架构。
From the view of development, the article expounds the necessity of the construction of national new chorography resource database and dissertates the whole structure and construction mode of the database. The authors think that in order to promote the popular service of the new chorography, the scale effect of the resource construction should be accomplished as soon as possible, and that can be achieved by seeking information metadata, building special repository, intensifying commonweal service, and at the same time, exploiting the industrialization service frame.
