Application of Electro-optic Materials in Optical Phased Array Technology

摘要 综述了光学相控阵的发展背景,对不同电光材料铌酸锂(LiNbO3)、砷化镓铝(AlGaAs)、锆钛酸铅镧(PLZT)陶瓷和液晶制作的光学相控阵进行了阐述,简要介绍了近期的一些研究成果,并对光学相控阵技术的发展前景进行了展望。 This paper reports the background of optical phased array technology. Discussed is optical phase shifter's different element which is optical phased array's main basic unit, such as LiNbO3. AlGaAs、 PLZT ceramics、 Liquid crystal, introducing recently research findings and prospecting development of optical phased array technology.
