摘要
采用不同营养液配方对彩叶草进行水培后,测定了不同营养液配方彩叶草叶片的花青素和叶绿素含量及光合作用。结果表明,用磷含量最低的清水对照和配方A培养的彩叶草,叶片中的花青素含量较高,分别达291.2 mg/g和210.5 mg/g;氮元素含量最高的配方A和配方B培养的彩叶草,叶片中的叶绿素含量较高,其光合速率也较高;而营养液中钾含量主要影响叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率,对光合速率也产生一定的影响。
The Coleus blumei was cultured by different nutrient solution in this experiment.The anthocyanin, chlorophyll and photosynthesis of leaves were measured.The results shows that cultured by clear water and supreme A which were lack of phosphorus, the anthocyanin in Coleus blumei was high and the content reached 291.2 mg/g and 210.5 rag/g, respectively. After cultured by supreme A and B with high nitrogen content, the chlorophyll content in Coleus blumei was higher. The potassium content in nutrient solution mainly influenced the stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and photosynthesis rate of leaves.
