摘要
结构动力学优化设计是提高机床加工精度的有效途径,而主轴箱的动态特性是影响机床动态特性的关键因素。文中介绍了ANSYS优化设计过程,提出带筋板数目参数优化法,对主轴箱内部筋板进行与传统方法不同的参数优化设计,然后比较该方法与传统方法优化箱体后整机动、静态特性。结果表明:文中提出的参数优化法是有效的和可行的。
Dynamic optimization design of structure is the key issue to improve machining precision of the mechanical tool; but the dynamic characteristic of shaft-box is the key factor in influence on dynamic characteristic of mechanical tool. In this palter, the design process of structure optimization with ANSYS software is discussed; the optimization of parametric with reinforcing structure number is proposed. The reinforcing structure of shaft-box is designed by the method which is different front the Iraditlonal method. Afterw, ard, the static and dynamic properties of mechanical tool are compared with the traditional method. The results show that the approach proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
