有机硅高沸物和低沸物的低压催化裂解歧化制备甲基氯硅烷 被引量:8

PREPARATION OF METHYLCHLOROSILANE FROM CATALYTIC CRACKING AND DISPROPORTIONATION OF HIGH-BOLING COMPONENTS AND LOW-BOILING COMPONENTS OF SILANE UNDER LOW PRESSURE

摘要 用酸处理的活性炭和γ-Al_2O_3组成双段催化剂,通过有机硅高沸物和低沸物的裂解歧化反应制备了甲基氯硅烷,考察了反应温度、质量空速等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:在反应温度360℃、质量空速0.11 h^(-1)条件下,高沸物的裂解率、甲基氯硅烷和二甲基二氯硅烷的收率分别为75.1%、76.1%和38.3%。该双段催化剂连续使用142 h,仍能保持较高的活性。 The conversion of the high-boiling components and low-boiling components of silane to valuable methylchlorosilane by catalytic cracking and disproportionation catalyzed by acid treated active carbon and γ-Al2O3 was studied. The effects of the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature and mass hourly space velocity were investigated. At 360℃, mass hourly space velocity 0. 11h^-1 , the conversion of the high-boiling component, the yields of methylchlorosilane and dimethyldichlorosilane were 75.1%, 76.1% and 38.3%, respectively. After online for 142 h, the catalyst still retained the high activity.
