摘要
本文使用两种不同的吹氮方式,研究了氮在高炉型熔渣中的溶解规律和存在形态,得到了CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO 和 CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO-TiO_2合成渣系和高炉现场渣中氮溶解的动力学曲线。比较研究了各渣系中氮的溶解量、溶解机理和影响因素。实验发现碳对氮在溶渣中的溶解起着很重要的作用。通过比较普通高炉渣和含钛高炉渣中的氮含量,探讨了氮气与泡沫渣的关系。
The absorption and state of nitrogen in molten blast furnace slag have been studied by twonitrogen blowing methods and the kinetic curves of nitrogen absorption in CaO-SiO-Al_2O_3-MgOand CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO-TiO_2 synthetic slags as well as blast-furnace slags have been obtained.The nitrogen content,absorption mechanism and affecting factors in different molten slags havebeen compared.It was found that graphite plays important role in molten slags.The effects ofnitrogen on the foaming slag have been discussed by comparing the nitrogen contents in blastfurnace slag containing TiO_2 and that without TiO_2.
