摘要
本文研究了含Al高速工具钢W6Mo5Cr4V2Al在中频感应炉一电渣重熔炉的冶炼过程中,Si、Al 的变化行为、控制及电渣质量等问题。为中、小型特殊钢厂生产含铝高速钢提供了参考依据。
In this paper,the effects of behavior and control of Si,Al as well as electroslag quality onAl-stabilized high speed steel W6MoSCr4V2Al in the IF induction-electroslag refining process havebeen investigated.It provides a valuable experience for the production of Al-stabilized high speedsteel in middle and mini-sized special steel works.
