城市大比例尺地形图是一个城市建设规划、市政规划设计及管理服务的基础技术资料.因此,地形图测绘的精度和如何进行精度的评定,是非常重要的.而在测绘地形图时应顾及总体与局部精度,并采用比较可靠的质量评定方法来评定其精度.
Topographic map is a key technical documentary for urban construction, urban planning and urban management, surveying precision and precision evaluation are very important. Both the partial and the whole accuracy should be considered while surveying, and a reliable method of quality evaluation should be used to test its precision.
