摘要
在分析微机应用技术和西洋参人工干制现状的基础上,对西洋参干制过程微机检控系统进行了研究。建立了控制对象的数学模型,并依据自动控制原理和仿真技术确定了控制算法,对检控系统的电路和程序进行了设计、安装和调试。该系统能自动跟踪最佳的温度变化曲线,测量误差<0.25℃,控制误差<0.5℃,测量温度范围0~100℃。
Based on the analysis of the computers practical technology and the panax artifical drying methods,the computer control system for the panax drying process is studied in this paper,A mathematic pattern of the control object is built up.According to automatic control principle and simulation technology,control algorithms are developed,the electronic road and program of the control system designed,installed and tested.This system can trace temperature time curve with a measurement error less than 0.25 ℃,control error less than 0.5 ℃ and the measurement temperature scope being 0-100 ℃.
