摘要
改进了一种高速重氮感光剂2,5-二乙氧基-4-吗啉基苯重氮硫酸氢盐的合成方法。以对二苯酚为原料,经过烷基化、卤代、硝化、取代、还原、重氮化等一系列反应得到收率为33.5%的最终产物,该化合物具有感光速度快、相容性好、反差大、稳定性、安全性好等优点。
An improved method for synthesizing a new type of highspeed-diazo-sensitiser, known as 2, 5-diethoxy-4-morpholinobenzediazonium sulfate ,was presented. Compared with the previous research work, it is a simpler, more reasonable, and more effective method, using hydroquinone as the basic material to be subjected by a series of reactions, such as halogenation, nitration, displacement, reduction, and diazotization. The target molecules were obtained with a comparatively high yield (equating to 33.5% ) and good quality. This kind of compound is characterized by a high-speed photosensitivity, good compatibility,remarkable contrast, good stability and security.
