摘要
中国在探索走自己的路的曲折过程中逐渐形成一系列关于自身发展的重要理念——本文归之为“和谐发展观”,而正是这一日益凝练的“和谐发展观”还将引领要去走的路——中国和平发展道路,并逐渐外化为中国独特的发展模式——“和谐发展模式”。中国和谐发展模式是由三个不同层次——和谐国内社会、和谐地区与和谐国际社会之间相辅相成、相互制约地建构起来的,而它们之间的这种相互作用能否有利于中国和平发展道路的建设,则需要构建相应的和谐机制。
In the devious course of making her own way, China has developed a series of important ideas about herself. The ideas can be considered as ＂views of harmonious development＂ in the essay. The more and more clear views are guiding the road of China＇s peaceful development, and are being incarnated China＇s distinctive development model as ＂harmonious development model. ＂ China＇s harmonious development model is constructed by three different levels cross-fertilizing and conditioning to each other, i. e. , a harmonious internal society level, a harmonious district level and a harmonious international society level. Whether their interaction to each other is in favorable to the construction of the road of China＇s peaceful development needs to construct corresponding harmonious mechanisms.
