摘要
本文论述了可编程序控制器在空压机自动控制系统中的应用,并介绍了该系统硬件配置,控制回路及软件设计,PLC采用SYSMACC60P OMRON系列,通过开出单元将空压机的信息量送到中控室厂公用LCU系统,该系统与上位机形成以太网络,传送到中控室计算机系统。通过对空压机的改造,提高了监控系统的性能,适应了现代发电厂建设“无人值班、少人值守”的发展要求。
This paper discusses the application of PLC used in the High Volt Air Compressor automation System, and introduces the hardware configuration, controlling circuit and software design. PLC adopts SYSMACC60P OMRON series, which transfers the information of High Volt Air Compressor to the Center Control Rooms LCU system for public use through out unit. This system and upper-machine take form Ethernet, which will be delivered the computer system of Center Control Room. Through the alteration of the High Volt Air Compressor, it enhances the function of the controlling system, adapting for the development demand in the case of no man controlling, few man controlling of modern power plant
