摘要
阐述坚持"安全第一,预防为主"的原则,按照现有电力安全生产的各项措施要求,针对500kV变电站内保护装置校验、电气设备检修、预防性试验及运行操作中涉及安全的关键节点,从作业准备、实施到结束,全过程地建立安全鉴证制度,确保500kV变电站现场作业安全,遏制各类行为性违章和管理性违章造成的人身、电网、设备事故的发生。
Based on the principle of ＂Giving first place to safety and laying stress on prevention＂ and requirements of power safety production, the whole-process safety identification system was established with emphasis on the key points of protection device checking, electrical equipment maintenance, preventive tests, and safety-related operational work. ＇The system is expected to ensure safety of site operation of 500 kV substations and prevent happening of faults due to Operational and managerial peccancies.
