摘要
目的探讨低场MRI对脑静脉窦血栓形成的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析5例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的影像学资料。结果受累的静脉窦有上矢状窦4例,横窦1例。常规MRI可见受累静脉窦血液流空信号消失,静脉窦内信号高低不一,2例脑实质内出现静脉性脑梗死表现,其中1例合并出血。增强扫描3例静脉窦内出现充盈缺损及静脉窦壁强化表现,1例脑实质内出现脑回样强化。结论低场MRI对诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成有意义。
Objective To evaluate the diagnustic value of low field MPI for intracerebral venous sinus throinbosis. Methods The imaging data were retrospectively analyzed in 5 cases of sinus thrombosis. Results The involved intracerebral venous included 4 superior sagittal sinus and 1 transverse sinus. Conventional MRI showed the flow void signal of the venous sinus disappeared and abnormal signals were found. 2 eases had venous infarction in brain parenchyma. Among them, 1 case was combined with hemorrhage. Gadolinium-enhanced MRI showed the filing defect in venous sinus and enhancement effect of sinus wall in 3 cases and gyri-shape en- hancement signal in brain parenchyma in 1 case. Conclusions Low field MR is a valuable modality for diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
